Use an essay, poem, article, or work document. Keep that same piece in mind for all ten questions. Print the PDF or fill it in on a tablet.
Answer honestly
Choose one response for each of the ten questions. There’s no wrong answer.
Find your score
Add your ten numbers, divide by ten, and find your result in the table.
Review your result
Look at where you made the decisions and where you relied on AI. Would you make the same choices next time?
If you want to use the VerifiedHuman mark
Read the requirements first.
The PDF calls scores of 2.5–3.4 “VH3.” That score helps you review your writing process. It does not qualify you to use the VerifiedHuman mark. To use the mark, your work must meet the current Standard for Writers, and you must agree to follow it.
AI can help you edit, but the ideas and the writing still need to be yours. If you start with an AI draft, you need to rewrite it in your own voice. Changing a set percentage of words is not enough.
